The major crime is tax evasion. Maybe that's why these are rich states. Because every person does not even think about not paying taxes or bypassing tax legislation. Many instructions have already been given and now it is necessary to assess how the process is going. It was instructed to improve tax legislation. This is the main question, how is the improvement going? Citizens should understand what for and how much they have to pay, and therefore everything should be as simple as possible.
