Belarus' results in 2022: Exports of Belarusian goods and services total $46.7 billion
Belarus reduced exports of goods and services by 5.4% to $46.767 billion in 2022, as compared to the previous year, according to the data, published on the website of the National Bank, reports sb.by.
The foreign trade turnover of goods and services amounted to $89.22 billion, which is 6% less than in 2021. The balance was positive, amounting to $4.313 billion (in 2021 the balance was also positive - $3.97 billion).
The foreign trade turnover of goods has decreased by 5% down to $74.958 billion. Exports of goods have decreased by 4% to $37.565 billion, imports - by 6% to $37.393 billion. The balance is positive amounting to $172.4 million (in 2021 it was negative amounting to $666.8 million).
The foreign trade turnover of services decreased by 10.8% down to $14.261 billion. The export of services decreased by 10.8% down to $9.201 billion, imports decreased by 10.8% to $5.059 billion. The balance of foreign trade in services was positive at $4.141 billion (in 2021, the surplus was $4.637 billion).
