Belarus will help Turkey and Syria to eliminate the consequences of earthquake

On behalf of the head of state, the special-purposedetachment "ZUBR" of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was quickly sent to Turkey to provide assistance.

The Belarusian military, together with the MES representatives, loaded the special equipment for search and rescue operations into the military transport aircraft IL-76 at the airfield in Machulishchi.

The advanced group of 64 members of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will also be sent to Turkey with the equipment. The aircraft will cover 4,100 km one way, staying in the sky for 6 hours.
