Cheese is a special pride of our agro-industrial complex, as well as a highly profitable export position. In foreign trade shipments of dairy products it occupies 40%. But it all starts with the farm, feed and quality milk. Ьore than two dozen dairy complexes will be built in 2023 in the Minsk region alone.

This cheese does not mature and it dries in a special chamber. It is literally exclusive - manual labor allows you to produce only 400 kilograms a month.

Parmesan Deluxe" cheese is an absolute bestseller at our enterprise, there are always great requests for it. It matures for at least 90 days, but according to the results of the evaluation of appearance and taste we often leave cheeses to mature for a longer period.

Cheese is a highly profitable product, so it is profitable to sell it for export. In addition to Russia, where they are already familiar with the brands from Volozhin, local cheesemakers are planning to supply hard cheeses to the Central Asian region.
