Belarusian border guards report about ill-treatment of refugees by Latvian law enforcers

The Belarusian border guards on the border with Latvia once again recorded a case of ill-treatment of refugees seeking protection in the EU. The border guards found four foreigners, citizens of Iran and Iraq, in Verhnedvinsk District. Latvian law enforcers drove three men and a woman who was unconscious from their territory. Having assessed the situation, the Belarusians provided first aid and called a medical team. The victim was taken to Verkhnedvinsk hospital. According to the preliminary assessment, the woman had signs of hypothermia and pneumonia.
