Minister Ruslan Parkhamovich tells how housing market will change over 5 years

The program of socio-economic development for five years pays special attention to the construction of housing.

The priority is given to affordability and comfort. The average cost of a square meter with the government support should be not higher than the average wage. The high-rise buildings with electric supply will make at least a third of all the houses built, the emphasis will be on support of individual housing estates, as well as on the development of rental housing market. In general, the provision of housing per person by 2025 will be at least 28.5 square meters.

In order to build more houses, various financial instruments are planned to be actively developed.
