Discussion of draft amendments to Constitution held at Brest Pushkin University

The draft amendments and additions to the Constitution were discussed at Brest Pushkin University. First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Maksim Ryzhenkov and Chairman of the Board of the Belarusian Society "Knowledge" Vadim Gigin held a dialogue with students. The participants addressed the powers of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly, the preservation of the historical memory, as well as the status of a social state (preservation of free medicine, the right to education, the rights of people with disabilities).
