They seek sympathy, but get European indifference

The situation on the Polish-Belarusian border is turning into a humanitarian drama. Instead of helping migrants (as required by all international institutions), Poland uses them as a cover for militarization of the region. Under the pretext of combating illegal migration, more and more armed people and military equipment are being brought to the border. Young children and pregnant women suffer from European indifference. In sub-zero temperatures they are forced to spend the night outside in the hope that Polish border guards will open the gateto a better life for them.
