President signs decree "On encouraging talented young scientists"
Encouraging talented young scientists. Alexander Lukashenko signed the relevant decree on December 18. The new list of scholarship holders includes 74 names: 8 doctors of sciences, 35 candidates and 31 scientists without a degree yet. The areas of work are different: physics, mathematics, chemistry, medicine. Some of the fellows work in the field of humanities.
The main thing is that all the results of their research are applied. This means that their technology is introduced into industrial processes or in the education system. Science should be visible and "move industries into new technological ways of life", the President has said this many times. It is for this that young scientists get a "high mark" for their work.
