Belarus brings down refinancing rate

The refinancing rate has been decreased to 11.5% per annum in Belarus since January 23. Such a decision was taken by the board of the National Bank at a meeting on monetary policy. The regulator calls a steady slowdown in inflation as the main condition. This contributes to the inflow of ruble funds into the banking system of our country.
