National Unity Day discussed at round table at National Historical Museum

"The National Unity Day in Belarus will become a symbol of cohesion of the Belarusian society." This opinion was voiced during a round table in the National Historical Museum. The event was attended by Chairperson of the Council of the Republic Natalia Kochanova, representatives of state bodies, the spiritual society, the media and youth. Our country will celebrate the holiday for the first time on September 17. This date was chosen by the Belarusians themselves, relying on the historical past.
