Association of Moscow avant-garde artists of XX century exhibited for first time in Minsk

The National Art Museum today unpacked the exhibits brought by Abramtsevo State Historical, Artistic and Literary Museum-Reserve. The deviation from the academic old canons and realism, the emphasis on color, the form of things, high level of artists' expression of artists can be noted. There are almost fifty paintings from the funds of the Museum-Reserve and the National Art Museum.

Visitors did not appreciate the first exhibition of the members of the "Jack of Diamonds" association, calling the works of art-damaged pieces of canvases smeared with colorful mud. Prominent members of the society were artists Petr Konchalovsky, Aristarkh Lentulov, Natalia Goncharova, Alexander Kuprin. Their paintings are included in the list of the most expensive works of art associated with Russia.
