Competent people for responsible positions - personnel decisions of Belarus President

The functioning and activities of the two most important security agencies - the State Security Committee and the Financial Intelligence Service - were discussed at the Palace of Independence. Personnel rotations were also on the agenda.

A new head of the Financial Investigations Department, deputy chairman of the State Control Committee, was appointed. This is Andrei Sambuk, who previously headed the Investigation Department of the KGB.

And today it was decided to appoint Konstantin Bychek to the vacant position.

"We need to give a certain direction, maybe related more to systemic work, as it is in the State Security Committee," said the President.

"Well, I won't hide it: a new generation. I always talk about it. You will have to work and work. And at higher positions. So don't forget about it," emphasized Alexander Lukashenko.

Valery Mitskevich will head the Secretariat of the All-Belarusian People's Congress (ANC)

Another personnel decision of the President - Valery Mitskevich will be in charge of the secretariat of the All-Belarusian People's Congress. The head of state warned that there is a lot of work ahead: the first session of the All-Belarusian People's Congress should be organized, and the work should be developed.
