"We are aware of your interest in our specialists in nuclear power plant construction. We have acquired these competencies thanks to the Russians. We work with the Russians everywhere they are building these nuclear power units. If you are comfortable with this, come anytime you need. They (representatives of the Uzbek side – BelTA) will sit together with our experts, discuss it, and the minister will give the order. We will facilitate the construction of your nuclear power plant. We will strive to ensure that our specialists provide you with all possible assistance. You will see for yourself how we can be of interest to you," the President said.
