Vitebsk police prevents illegal supply of a large batch of naswar

Vitebsk police prevented the illegal delivery of a large batch of 50 kg of naswar for 5 thousand rubles. The so-called non-smoking mixture was carried by a 24-year-old truck driver from Grodno. As explained the truck driver himself, he was returning to Belarus from Moscow. The law enforcers provide no other details, from whom and for what purpose the man was carrying naswar.
