Igor Bokiy's 18th Paralympic gold medal - footage of awarding ceremony from Paris
On August 30, Belarusian swimmer Igor Bokiy had nobody equal in the 100-meter backstroke at the XVII Summer Paralympic Games in Paris. This is the second award of the swimmer from Babruisk in the French capital in two days and the 18th Paralympic medal of the highest standard in his career.
Tomorrow we will continue to cheer for our athletes. Igor Bokiy will try to take the third medal in Paris in the 400 meters freestyle in the S class, where we are also watching Evgeny Kovalenok. Maksim Vashkevich, Dmitry Soley will compete in the 100 meters backstroke in the S12 class. Preliminary heats will start at 10:30, and the finals at 18:30.
