Greeting of Flame of Peace in Minsk to begin at 21:00

The Flame of Peacehas covered a long way - from Rome to the Belarusian capital - and has been in different countries of Europe and even on Mount Mont Blanc. The fire was met in all regions of Belarus and, finally, the torch reached Minsk!

In less than two hours, the long-awaited solemn ceremony of welcoming the Flame of Peace will begin in Minsk! About two thousand people are involved in the show - most of them are volunteers of the 2nd European Games.

Tomorrow, the main symbol of the 2nd European Games will visit the largest industrial enterprises of Minsk: MAZ, MTZ, it will also be delivered to the High-Tech Park and to Belteleradiocompany. And the relay will finish on Friday June 21 at the Olympic stadium "Dinamo". During the opening ceremony of the Games, the torch will be lit in the bowl in the center of the stadium. The organizers are preparing a big show for the audience.
