Flame of Peace continues to travel to significant places in our country. Torch of II European Games arrives in Grodno Region

Early in the morning, a torch was carried to the enterprise Grodno Azot, the flagship of the chemical industry in the region. The official start of the ceremony was given on Lenin Square. Dozens of torchbearers, including famous athletes, Olympic champions and honored people of the region, for several hours, replacing each other, took part in the relay. The route of the race passed through the historical part of the city, the old and new castles, the ancient Kalozha Church of the 12th century and numerous architectural monuments.

For 50 days, participants will have to run a record distance of 200 thousand km.
