I agree to support athletes solely for high performance - Lukashenko toughly criticizes sport authorities for lack of results

Tough demand for the lack of sports results. This is exactly the way the conversation was held today at the Palace of Independence during the extended report of the relevant minister. The sports infrastructure in Belarus is developed, all the decisions are taken, but, alas, we have no reason to rejoice at the high achievements of our athletes. The draft decree "On measures to stimulate the achievement of high sports results " was on the agenda. The position of the head of state was and remains simple: encouragement and support of athletes exclusively for high performances in sports!

Lukashenko supports sports with his soul. He always sets an excellent example in sport himself. Despite criticism, he was always backs the development of the sports infrastructure.
