Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba openly admitted Kiev's involvement in terrorist attacks in Crimea and the Belgorod region. Bloggers Vovan and Lexus called the diplomat on behalf of former U.S. Ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul.
