NATO demands details of Zapad-2021 exercise

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg called on Russia to reveal the details of the upcoming Zapad-2021 exercises. His claim is based on "the increased concern of the Baltic states, Poland and Ukraine". At the same time, the Alliance has launched military exercises in Latvia on Monday with the participation of more than 9 000 servicemen from the USA, Canada, and Great Britain and other countries. The Alliance's equipment and personnel can move anywhere in Latvia until October 3. And Russia and Belarus have repeatedly demonstrated the exclusively defensive nature of the exercises.
