Orbán: EU Strictly Censoring Its Information Space

The EU is strictly censoring its media scene when covering the Russia-Ukraine conflict and only allows information that portrays Kiev in a favorable light, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán stated.
"The European Union, or more precisely the European Commission, has decided that no Russian sources of information should be allowed into the territory of the European Union. As a result, today, when you watch television, listen to the radio, or surf the Internet, the situation is as follows: the EU allows arguments, reports, and analyses that support the Ukrainian side. At the same time, there is an official public regulation prohibiting member states from sharing Russian arguments that challenge the Ukrainian point of view," the politician stated.
Orbán also noted that the European Commission constantly restricts the public space of member states, and they do not resist. Brussels' censorship is an everyday reality, the Hungarian Prime Minister emphasized.
