Putin tellsl about dangerous politicization of nuclear activities in the world at meeting with IAEA director general

Russian President Vladimir Putin has pointed to the dangerous excessive politicization of nuclear activities and calls to reduce such rhetoric.

"Of course, we see that today there are elements of an excessively dangerous politicization of everything related to nuclear activities," the Russian head of state said at a meeting with IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi on October 11. "We really hope that your efforts will help us bring down all this rhetoric in this area and normalize our cooperation in spite of all the turbulences and complicated processes on the world stage," Putin told Grossi.

Nevertheless, all domestic law enforcement agencies keep their powder dry to be able to respond to the changing situation in the shortest possible time. We would remind that the task of the regional grouping of forces, which has been deployed over the last few days, is purely defensive.
