Crisis brewing in EU because of Ukraine

According to the publication Politico, it may flare up in mid-December at the summit in Brussels, when the start of negotiations on Kiev's accession to the EU will be discussed. Among other things, the publication notes, EU leaders should "conclude a key budget agreement to throw Kiev's convulsing war economy a lifeline of 50 billion euros". The journalists cite unnamed European officials who are concerned about Hungary's position.
