America issues ultimatum to Tel Aviv

The US has given Israel an ultimatum over the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip. According to media reports, Washington has sent a clear message to Tel Aviv that the humanitarian crisis must be resolved within a month in order to lift the threat of an arms embargo.

Macron said at a closed-door meeting of the Council of Ministers that Prime Minister Netanyahu should remember that Israel was created by a UN decision, and therefore should not challenge the organization's decisions. Netanyahu's office wryly replied, “We remind to the French president that it was not a UN resolution that created the State of Israel.”
