Belarus says farewell to composer Igor Luchenok

Belarus said farewell to USSR People's Artist, composer Igor Luchenok. The civil funeral was held in the House of Officers.

Hundreds of people came to say goodbye to the maestro. A wreath from the President of Belarus was laid as well. Igor Luchenok wrote not only pop music, he is the author of symphonic works. Today, relatives, friends and colleagues, as well as those who saw Igor Luchenok only on the TV screen, were saying goodbye to the maestro.

The composer will be buried in the Eastern Cemetery of Minsk.
