Few hours left before official start of Euroweek in Minsk

The slogan of Junior Eurovision "Light Up" will become, perhaps, one of the main hashtags on social networks. The opening ceremony of the competition will be held tonight. Preparations for the show are almost complete.

The National Exhibition Center Belexpo transformed into a large multimedia platform. Now the last rehearsals are held here, the stage decoration is being completed. The red carpet has become a bright accent, according to the tradition of the competition.

This will be the first meeting of all the contestants and, of course, the opportunity to present themselves and their teams.

The draw will take place during the official opening ceremony of the competition, according to the rules of the European Broadcasting Union.

Not only guests of the event, but also viewers from dozens of countries will be able to see the colorful show. Among them are even fans of the competition from distant Australia. Belarus 1 and Belarus 24 TV channels will broadcast the opening version of the opening ceremony today after the Panorama. It will be a bright start of a rich musical week.
