Changes in Eurovision rules

The participants of the song contest were allowed to use back vocals in the phonogram. This was done in connection with the difficult epidemiological situation. The innovation will reduce the number of members of the delegation, expand the creative potential of each application and reduce the technical load on the organizer broadcaster. The rule is optional. Live back vocals are also allowed, including the recorded ones. Eurovision-2021 itself will take place in Rotterdam on May 18, 20 and 22.
