International Chagall Plein Air starts in Vitebsk

For the fourth time the forum brought together artists from seven countries. The festival will last two weeks. Its participants will visit Vitebsk, Polotsk and Liozno, as well as the Ilya Repin Museum-Estate Zdravnevo. The program includes master classes, an evening of poetry and author's song. The forum will finish with the final exhibition, which will be held at the Art Center of Marc Chagall on July 7. The participants will present 2 works to Vitebsk as a gift.

International Chagall Plein Airs were held in Vitebsk in the 1990s. In 2016 the tradition was revived.
