I. Zhinovich National Academic Folk Orchestra of Belarus turns 90

Iosif Zhinovich National Academic Folk Orchestra of Belarus is 90 years old. Today it is the oldest band of the country, which represents authentic Belarusian culture all over the world and with virtuosic mastery of dulcimer and other folk instruments. Over the decades of service to the audience, several generations of performers have changed, and the orchestra has evolved from arrangements of folk songs to concert performances to the music of Vladimir Mulyavin and Igor Luchenok. The soloists of the orchestra are laureates of music awards and honored performers of Belarus.
