Record number of countries confirm their participation in Junior Eurovision Song Contest-2018
The guests of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest-2018 will be able to use the visa-free regime. 19 countries have confirmed their participation in the international song contest, which will be held in Minsk. This is the absolute maximum in the history of the contest!
According to the rules, only 18 applicants can compete in the vocal forum. This year the European Broadcasting Union and Belteleradiocompany decided to make an exception for Israel as the country-winner of the adult Eurovision-2018. So, in November delegates from Albania, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Macedonia, Georgia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, the Netherlands and Wales will come to us. Kazakhstan will debut this year at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, and France will return after the break since 2004.
Belteleradiocompany is the organizer and coordinator of all events of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest-2018, as the only representative of the European Broadcasting Union in our country. The Junior Eurovision Song Contest-2018 will be broadcast from Minsk-Arena on November 25.
