New interactive exposition to open in Brest Fortress in January

A New Year gift awaits visitors to Brest Fortress. Al new interactive exposition will open there. The new museum is funded under the Union State program. The decorators create a chronicle of Brest Fortress: from the moment of its foundation until the end of the war, in the form of three-dimensional panoramas, with historical accuracy, according to archival documents and photographs, using authentic items from the funds of the memorial complex. The unique project is created jointly by Belarusian and Russian specialists. The museum is being created in the only tower of the fortress that survived the war years.

The new museum is planned to be opened in January. And this is only the beginning of large-scale works in Brest Fortress under the program of the Union State, which are scheduled to be completed by 2020.

In the next two years, Belarus will celebrate 75 years of liberation from the fascist invaders and the 75^th anniversary of Victory.
