National Historical Museum to open exhibition "Heritage of Belarus" today
The opening of the exhibition "Heritage of Belarus" will take place tonight. Within the walls of the National History Museum authors Alexander Alexeyev and Oleg Lukashevich will present their project, which since 2001 has been telling the international public about our heritage. For the first time, viewers will have an opportunity to get acquainted with the results of the creative tandem: books, albums, documentaries and photos will be presented. The photos show the restored architectural heritage of the country - castles in Mir and Nesvizh, the mansion in Zalesye, churches in Polotsk, Synkovichi and Ivenets. Many of these shots are well known to the people of Minsk - they were presented in the open air in the art space of the Chelyuskintsev Park. Millions of residents and guests of the capital got acquainted with the exposition almost one kilometer long.
