Response to aggressive threats to internal security and decisive measures to protect citizens’ interests

The most important task of the Security Council has been and remains the consideration of internal and foreign policy issues in the context of national security. The activities of all government agencies in overcoming modern challenges and threats should be not only effective, but also best coordinated.
