Alexander Lukashenko: Union State programs with Russia implemented by 80%

The Union State programs with Russia, 28 in total, have already been implemented by 80%. This was stated by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko during talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, BelTA informs.

"We are doing everything to somehow overcome the barriers that are artificially created for us. I do not mean intentionally about the food. We have ensured food security. I'm not talking about people having to be clothed. We have done that on all fronts. That is why positive developments are decent. We will have something to say to the peoples of Belarus and Russia at the Supreme State Council," said the Belarusian leader.

In this regard, Vladimir Putin expressed confidence that all this would certainly "make our economies even more competitive".
