Anti-crisis state policy - deputies support bill "On Settlement of Insolvency

One more step to anti-crisis management in enterprises. Deputies supported a draft law "On Settlement of Insolvency" aimed at rehabilitation and preservation of production. And that, the deputies believe, will have a positive effect on the economy, because the plants will keep working, which means that people will keep their jobs. The main focus is on judicial and pre-trial financial rehabilitation. It doesn't matter if it is a state or a private company - local authorities will take part in the financial rehabilitation and keeping the company solvent.

The draft law has a number of protective measures aimed at preserving production complexes and ensuring the manageability of processes in the course of resolving insolvency.
