Belarus and Armenia celebrate 25th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations

Our country is an important trading partner of Armenia. Over the past year, trade turnover amounted to almost $ 43 million, which is an increase of almost 33 percent in comparison with the year 2016. Bilateral agreements signed in the framework of mutual visits over the last 25 years have allowed forming a solid basis for development of cooperation in science, education, tourism and economy. The Belarusian leader has sent congratulations to President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian. Alexander Lukashenko emphasizes that Minsk is interested in continuing and strengthening the all-round partnership with Yerevan, including that within the framework of integration initiatives and new joint projects in various fields.
