Head of state receives credentials of foreign ambassadors
This week the Head of our state received credentials from ambassadors who are beginning their diplomatic mission in our country. They are representatives of nine countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, India, Indonesia, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mongolia, Tunisia, and South Africa. The ambassadors start their work in the period of important transformations in our country. According to Alexander Lukashenko, Belarus prioritizes building friendly relations with those who really respect our sovereignty and independence.
Azerbaijan is our strategic partner, relations are getting stronger every year thanks to the personal friendship of the leaders. We were able to convert political interaction into mutually beneficial projects. As regards Armenia, Belarus is always ready to assist it in restoring its economy. There are good prospects for cooperation with Mongolia and Lebanon.
There is also interest in establishing joint productions with India. Indonesia is our key partner in ASEAN. We have the potential to increase trade and investment cooperation with Malaysia. There is great interest developing contacts with the Republic of Lebanon. We see Tunisia as a promising partner in North Africa. And South Africa can offer scientific research and educational services.
