Belarusian Foreign Minister arrives in China

Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov has arrived in China on a visit, BELTA reports.

The Foreign Minister is paying an official visit to China from July 6 to 9 at the invitation of Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.

Earlier, being in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, where the SCO summit at the level of leaders was held, Maxim Ryzhenkov shared with journalists the details of the program of his visit to China. Our country became a full member of this organization at the summit in Astana.

In addition, a number of meetings directly with Chinese representatives are envisaged. The key meeting is to be held with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi. "We want to raise all the issues of the current state of affairs between Belarus and China. Political and diplomatic, economic nature," said the minister.

According to him, there will also be a meeting with the leadership of the Development Agency, which deals with the implementation of projects abroad. Such large joint projects as the industrial park "Great Stone", the development of the Belarusian National Biotechnology Corporation, and others will be discussed in detail. "It is also necessary to consolidate the agreements earlier reached by the presidents of Belarus and China."
