Changes in budget and tax legislation await Belarusians

Belarus is improving its budget and tax legislation. Today MPs adopted the relevant amendments in the first reading.Thus, the order of crediting penalties for willful non-payment of mandatory insurance premiums to the budget of the social security fund has been established. A new chapter is added to the Tax Code, a fee for advertising for individual entrepreneurs and legal entities. Besides, according to the amendments the President is empowered to correct the Budget Code promptly.

In the second reading the deputies adopted a bill on public-private partnership - a number of procedural issues in our country are being optimized, it will accelerate the implementation of new joint projects. Also today they reported on budgetary performance and replenishment of the social security fund for the past year.
