Contact group gathering for next meeting in Minsk

The contact group to resolve the situation in the east of Ukraine is gathering today for a regular meeting in Minsk. This will be the first meeting after the November 11 elections, in which interim head of the unrecognized Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin won over 60 percent of the vote. The CEC of the unrecognized Luhansk People’s Republic declared a victory for Leonid Pasechnik. In Kiev, the elections were criticized and called the exit from the Minsk process.
