Lukashenko and Raisi visit exhibition of Iran's leading medical and scientific-innovative manufacturers
Presidents of Belarus and Iran Alexander Lukashenko and Ebrahim Raisi jointly visited an exhibition of leading medical and scientific-innovative manufacturers of Iran, BelTA informs.
The exhibition features samples of products by some of the leading Iranian medical and scientific-innovative manufacturers. Heads of State viewed the exhibition together.
Earlier in Tehran, Alexander Lukashenko and Ebrahim Raisi held official talks, resulted in the signing of a road map of all-round cooperation between the countries for 2023-2026. A number of documents on the development of cooperation in various areas were also signed in the presence of the leaders of Belarus and Iran. Alexander Lukashenko estimated the total amount of the agreements at $100 million.
"We have discussed in detail the level of our relations today. And we definitely determined with the President of Iran that there was a little pause in our relations. The peculiarity of this visit today is that we have successfully overcome this pause. We agreed on many things. The peculiarity of this visit is that for the first time we have agreed on all the issues of bilateral cooperation and concluded a number of agreements and memorandums of intent," said the Belarusian leader.
The talks were followed by an official luncheon in honour of the President of Belarus on behalf of the President of Iran.
