The situation on the borders of the Union State is also heating up. Moscow is closely following the information about the activation of Ukrainian forces in the border zone with Belarus. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry. According to Maria Zakharova, against the background of obvious failures in the area of special military operation, Zelensky is capable of the most reckless and cynical steps, but NATO activity is also growing.

Maria Zakharova, spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry:

"We want to remind the various hotheads once again that the military doctrine of the state, updated in 2021, provides for the joint defense of the common borders of our integration association, as repeatedly stated by the President of the Russian Federation. The document stipulates the firm determination of the participating States to ensure the military security of the Union State with all available forces and means. As is known, a joint regional grouping of troops, forces, as well as Russian modern defense complexes and tactical nuclear weapons are currently deployed on the fraternal Belarusian land. The practical realization of any scenarios aggressive in Minsk's relations is fraught with disastrous consequences not only for neo-Nazi Ukraine but also for its sponsors".
