Agenda of CSTO summit agreed meeting in Astana

The President of Belarus arrived in Kazakhstan on a working visit. A few minutes ago the plane of the Belarusian leader landed in Astana.

According to the press service of the President, the CSTO heads of states will hold talks in narrow and expanded formats. The agenda includes discussion of the relevant issues of international and regional security, cooperation in the international arena, as well as issues of the CSTO activities, including personnel, organizational and financial aspects. Following the summit, a number of international documents will be signed.

The priorities also include the modernization of the CSTO management structure and collective rapid reaction forces and a strategy to combat illegal migration until 2025.

Following the meeting, more than two dozen decisions will be agreed and signed at the highest level.

In the ceremony of handing over the chairmanship of the CSTO from Kazakhstan to the Kyrgyz Republic will be held.
