The pre-election campaign in the parliamentary elections to start after October 17

The nomination of candidates will take place before October 7. As the head of the Central Election Commission Lidia Yermoshina noted, if the applicants for the deputy mandate carefully use all the promotion tools (free speeches on radio, television and in newspapers), then the campaign period will turn out to be interesting and lively.

I note that the next meeting of the CEC is scheduled for August 28. It will be devoted to issues of working with the press. In particular, a supervisory board on information disputes will be formed.
