Azerbaijani President laid wreath to Victory monument in Minsk

Early in the morning, the Azerbaijani delegation laid a floral wreath to the Victory monument, a symbolic place of memory. Belarus and Azerbaijan have a common part of history of the battles against the Nazi invaders.
