President of Belarus participates in summit "Voice of the Global South" at invitation of Prime Minister of India
The third summit "Voice of the Global South" - our President this morning participated in a major international forum in the format of videoconference. The organizer - India, participants - 16 countries, including Belarus. The topics for discussion are the global world order - political conflicts, food and energy crises. Non-Western countries are ready and willing to make decisions. At the same time, the South and the East are actively involved in shaping the future of the planet. Belarus supports its partners in striving for a multipolar world.
"We are united by common goals and approaches to solving world problems. These are building a multipolar world, creating a system of indivisible security, ensuring sustainable development, strengthening equal cooperation. And most importantly - raising the standard of living of our peoples. The era of Western domination is a thing of the past. The center of global progress, economic gravity, and political decision-making is shifting to the South and the East. That requires us to show more leadership in international affairs. The voice of the Global South should sound in full force and match its gigantic potential," emphasized the President of Belarus.
