Central election committees of Belarus and Russia exchange experience

The amendments to the Electoral Code of Belarus were adopted by the House of Representatives. After the document is signed by the head of state, the Central Election Commission will start preparing for a single voting day.

A union partner is sharing its experience. Today, Minsk is visited by a delegation of the Leningrad Region Election Committee. The institution's trainees, specialists who participate in the organization of the voting process and the formation of commissions, joined the seminar at the Academy of Management. Belarus is interested in Russia's experience in digitalization of the electoral process, information security and anti-fakes, work with young people.

Last year the central election commissions of Russia and Belarus signed an agreement on mutual cooperation, including the improvement of the election process.
