Non-Aligned Movement summit starts in Baku

It will be attended by the Chairman of the House of Representatives of Belarus. Vladimir Andreichenko will deliver a welcoming speech at the opening ceremony, and present a report on the initiative of President Alexander Lukashenko on the revival of the comprehensive negotiation process to build confidence between the states, similar to the Helsinki process. At the summit, Minsk will make concrete proposals to achieve this goal.
