Vladimir Makei attends opening of Minsk Dialogue

Just half an hour ago, a large-scale international forum Minsk Dialogue Forum "European Security: Stepping Back from the Brink" started in Minsk. The official opening ceremony was attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei and Jacob Wellenstein, country director for Belarus of Konrad Adenauer Stiftung. Against the backdrop of new global challenges, the existing concept of strategic stability seems outdated. Joint actions are required from the world community, the only way to which is an equal and mutually respectful dialogue.
